Terraces of glacial alluvial deposits with a lot of round pebbles, stones and gravel in the districts of Mercurol and Beaumont-Monteux.
Grapes are destemmed.
Maceration for about 20 days.
Extraction made by pumping over and punching down.
In oak barrels and vats for 12 months before bottling.
Colour : intense cherry-red colour.
Nose : small red fruit, blackcurrants.
Palate : very aromatic attack, aromas of ripe red fruit (cherries, raspberries).
Round wine with smooth tannins.
