Vast alluvial terrace (Riss) at 80 to 150 meter high above 2 rivers (Aygues and Ouvèze).
Soil from limestone gravel and large pebbles.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed, pressed and vinified in concrete vats. The vinification is traditional with daily punching down and controlled temperature. |
MATURING
In vats.
TASTING
Colour : deep and intense garnet, clear.
Violet reflections.
Nose : fresh black fruit notes: blackberry and blackcurrant.
Palate : a nice and savoury density. Pleasant freshness. Wine which persists on black fruit aromas. |
